Rats
Owner kicked us out after 2 days of staying at her place because we saw two rats on two different occasions, and naturally complained to her. She ordered the exterminator to put poison, but she still expected us to live in the house. The poison is supposed to brings out the rats and nobody should live in the house for the next 2 weeks (the exterminators statement). After we said there is no way to stay in the house with rats AND poison, she officially kicked us out. Now she refuses to refund us for 7 nights+deposit and withholds our money with no answer (also kicking the guests out makes her even more responsible for refunding the money according to the terms and conditions). The apartment is nice and great location, but it should not of been listed with these infestation problems. It was obvious she had known the problem existed because there was rat traps (poisoned salt cups on the floor). There are many violations by the owner and the flat was advertised untruthfully.

The truth is that the location in 8th arrondissement close to the Rond Point des Champs Élysées is great! We had a problem of communication with delayed answer of the owner who was not reachable the day after renting and for 3 hours on the day of arrival. Mother of owner who took care of us was very sweet and helpful. Cleanliness and equipment were poor, in particular with no WiFi. The SIM card provided CANNOT replace WiFi. I do not recommend this rental.

Erstens, ein Platz für nur eine Person, der an eine vierköpfige Familie vermietet wurde. Zweitens, war das ْUnterkunft absolut nicht sauber. Drittens, sind die an der Stelle auf der Website angebrachten Bilder Irrelevant und irreführend Aus diesen Gründen haben wir uns entschlossen, vor dem Ende der Buchung zurückzukehren. Am Samstagmorgen sind wir zurück
