Very dirty home. Great property and amenities
This house looks just like the pictures. The property, pool and amenities were wonderful.
The property manager was very easy to deal with.
The house was surface clean, as in the counters were wiped down etc.
The baseboards and corners of floors were absolutely caked in dust dirt and hair. The carpets crunched when you walked on them. We had hair in our shower and bed sheets and all over the bathroom floors. We felt like we were living in filth
The main floor bedroom bed was broken, one of the boards was cracked and thus the mattress caved in on one side.
The kitchen faucet was loose and spun all around. The kitchen is also very bare bones. The bbq is $50 usd for the week yet there is no bbq brush to clean it between uses. There are no oven mitts or tea towels to take hot dishes out of the oven.
The dryer was broken, the maintenance guy came in to fix it, he put a piece of paper in the knob, it worked for one use and was broken again thus it was not useable.
Most of the dresser and nightstand drawers did not open thus were unusable.
While the house itself is nice and has a lot of potential, they are cutting corners on the cleanliness and everything in the house is cheap and or broken.
