Located in the heart of the Corrèze, this newly renovated artists' house will allow you to discover the Corrèze countryside and relax in a soothing atmosphere.
The house, without vis-à-vis is in the center of a farmhouse, near a sheepfold.
It consists on the ground floor of a kitchen (oven, induction hob, griddle on the outside) and a large living room, dining room (bathroom toilet).
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms of character including a double, large bathroom.
In the second, under the eaves, with a magnificent view, 2 double beds and a bathroom.
The calm of this place is conducive to rest and meditation. No parking problem.
The VEZERE is a few minutes walk.
The hiking trails close to you can discover the wild countryside, to fish for trout, to look for mushrooms.
Nearby, TREIGNAC is famous for its kayaking possibilities, the lake BARIOUSSES with its beach is located a few minutes, golf 40 minutes.

Nous avons adoré ce gîte, confortable, chaleureux, très bien équipé. Au milieu des prés, nous y étions parfaitement tranquilles. L'endroit idéal pour notre Noël en famille !

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
La maison est très confortable et agréable pour un séjour avec la famille et amis. Les pièces sont spacieuses et la cuisine bien équipée. Les chambres sont claires et fonctionnelles. Le linge de maison est fourni ce qui est appréciable. L'environnement est calme et paisible. Le lac de Treignac avec ses aménagements l'été est un vrai plus…..

Tranquilité assurée
Jolie maison placée au bout d'une petite route, donc aucun trafic. Equipement cuisine au top et chambres de belles tailles le plus étant les 3 SDB. Plancha qui fonctionne très bien. En point d'amélioration il faudrait du modibier de jardin. On conseille. PS: Super accueil de Brigitte !

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à deux familles - 4 adultes et 4 enfants de 4 à 9 ans. La maison est grande, confortable, au bout d’un chemin où seuls le voisin proche et un couple de bergers passent. Nuits tranquilles garanties. Environnement champêtre avec plein de moutons autour, joli buisson d’hortensias bleues, bâtisse en pierre et volets colorés. Les enfants peuvent jouer librement dehors. 3 salles de bain. Cuisine très bien équipée + plancha. Seul hic : les mouches assez envahissantes. Amélioration possible : un rideau occultant à la fenêtre au niveau de l’escalier qui monte à l´étage supérieur serait bien. À proximité immédiate (en voiture) : le lac des Bariousses, avec plage, baignade, pédalo, paddle... dans un cadre verdoyant magnifique. Les jolis villages d’Affieux et Treignac. Un peu plus loin le lac de Viam avec quasiment personne. On recommande la chouette balade des cascades de la Tine. L’office du tourisme prête des cartes plastifiées. Super séjour, tout le monde est ravi
