Stay at Sullivan
The pictures and the location looked awesome. The views are beautiful but the interior is completely outdated but for the kitchen. The bathrooms are horrendous, there's only 1 working shower, broken tiles, no bathroom door locks, no hot/cold water together. Sagging and creaking beds, low roof...I can go on and on

Great property and beautiful location!
Loved the ability to have a lobster boil on the back lawn. We also enjoyed the view, water access and fire pit! House could have been cleaner. We were also surprised to find that it only had 2 showers. It was a little challenging (but not impossible) to manage with a group of 9 adults.

Epic property
The very large and comfortable house fit our crew of 8 adults and 8 children perfectly. The giant lawn allowed for hours of play, and we all enjoyed using the dock for quick cold dips in the sea, and launching our rented kayaks and canoe for adventures in Frenchman's Bay. The views over MDI were simply incredible. The house is far enough off the main road to be very quiet. The fire pit was great at night. Really just a wonderful place to have a ton of fun.

Spacious Home with beautiful views
We had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone. It was just a 30 minute drive to Acadia. Greg was great and went out of his way to give us a great experience! Definitely one of our best vacations. Beautiful views from almost every window!

Waterfront Wonderland
3 generations spread out comfortably with beautiful views, great inside and outside place, and for us, wonderful dock, close to boat ramp, so we could launch our motorboat and our sailboat and take advantage of the protected waters, island picnics; rented 4 kayaks, and had a paddleboard. So much to do at the house, on the water and on the nearby Sorrento or Schoodic Peninsulas. Absorbed 14 people easily.
