Take long walks on miles of sandy beach nearby with majestic Haleakala in the distance and at dusk, be amazed by the beautiful sunsets and relax to the sounds of the waves with the twinkle lights of Kihei in the distance.

Lauloa Resort is located in central Maui at Ma'alaea, making it easy to explore all corners of this beautiful island. Walking distance from this condo are the Harbor shops, an area filled with restaurants, shops, and the Ocean Center Aquarium. Ocean excursions are easy to catch from nearby Ma'alaea Harbor.

Lauloa 102 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor condo with a large lanai is well appointed and offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy in-house meals using the well-equipped kitchen. This home stays cool with split A/C in every room, ceiling fans and wonderful ocean breezes. After a day in the sun, enjoy the leather reclining electric couch and 70” large flat screen TV!

You will be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves on a comfortable King size bed in the master bedroom or a Queen size bed in the guest bedroom. All bedrooms feature TV's equipped with cable. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer, for added convenience.

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout. My Perfect Stays provides a starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are also provided.

Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops and restaurants. The resort features an ocean front pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

We had a great stay in unit 102! Location is great as it’s central. Saw tons of whales while sitting outside enjoying the view. Great little beach a 5 min walk away. So close to the harbour to take a sunset cruise or whale watching trip. Recommend this unit!

Beautiful slice of paradise
The condo was beautiful. The ocean view was the best part. My son enjoyed having the pool right outside. The condo was clean, well stocked, and inviting. We loved the ac. Cheyenne knew we were checking in later in the evening, we walked into a well lit condo with nice Hawaiian music playing. The welcome gift was such a cute gesture. The My Perfect Stays staff was easy to contact and provided help with ALOHA. We hope to return again. Mahalo for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Ocean Views
We had a great time. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is we had a few issues that needed to be addressed when we arrived. However it just took 1 call and someone came right away to fix it. We loved having coffee in the morning outside enjoying the ocean so close.
