Relax on the Gulf Coast in our Bayfront Beauty

Relax and spend your days on the beach, on the bay fishing, or behind the house enjoying kayaking or canoeing in this brand newly built bayfront home! Golf and tennis for a fee just a short distance away at St. James Bay. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy all that beach life has to offer including the kayak and canoe!

Only 1 hour from Tallahassee and Tallahassee International Airport you will find this beautiful home. The home was built with an open floor plan. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living space and kitchen. It offers a Master Suite with a king-size bed and bathroom with shower on one side of the house. It also offers a queen-size bed in the second bayfront room and a third bedroom with two single beds with a full bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The living room also has a sofa sleeper that will accommodate 2 more. We provide for your convenience an enclosed outdoor shower to wash the sandy beach days away.

Terrific stay on the bay!
This is a beautiful, newer beach house with nice bay views! The hosts were very welcoming and communicated great. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is quiet and relaxing but close enough to state parks and beaches. We had a great stay!

Barb and Ken’s place at AP is a dream! Great views , perfect location, and great amenities at the home. The house itself was immaculate and soooooo many extra touches that made our short stay easier. Communication was a breeze and all of the information provided was super helpful with ideas of things to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Perfection!
We can't say enough good things about the hosts and this property. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the location on the bay was just beautiful. Being able to watch the gorgeous sunset every evening was a gift. We fished (with success 😀), went kayaking and soaked up the rays at the beach. Alligator Point is such a peaceful place. We also enjoyed fishing off a local pier and even spotted a gator coasting along the water. There is a lot of great wildlife to observe around the area. Barbara communicated all details so well and was always very prompt with responding to my inquiries. 5 star hosts! Thanks for a memorable stay!
