Living Room

Among the Oaks features lovely wooden hues in every room, a honey-warm vibe that will soothe you, and welcome you. This living space has a flat-screen television to entertain you, a stone fireplace to warm you, and soft over-sized sofas to relax you. Honey wood-planked floors flow throughout most of this beautiful cottage.

Kitchen

This cozy kitchen has ample counter space to spread out as you cook. If you don’t feel like cooking? You can lay out the delicious take-out you picked up from the nearby downtown. Pigeon Forge is known for its good ol’ country cooking! A quaint window sits above the sink, so you can dreamily look outside. Your every need is considered here, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The counter doubles as a two-person breakfast bar—just pass the food over and dig in!

Dining

The dining room flows right from the kitchen. Enjoy the charming cottage table, with space for six to sit around it. Combine that with the two spaces at the near-by breakfast bar, and you can dine with eight in total. Invite new friends and old to enjoy a family-style meal. Rustic beams hang overhead, and you can eat while you take in the views from the full-sized window. Paradise!

Bedrooms

The main level hosts a King-room, with a television, honeyed oak panels from ceiling to floor, and a nearby full bath for convenience. The rustic charm flows here, with green draperies and a patchwork quilt that matches the inviting bathroom décor.

Upstairs, the master King suite awaits. It will delight and invite you, with its comfy bed, fireplace, sitting space, and interestingly shaped windows that allow in the abundant natural light. Mere steps away from the bed is the two-person jetted tub. Wooden beams hang above you, and a charming patchwork quilt keeps you warm. An attached full-bath completes the ensemble.

Rec Room

Also in the loft, there is a fun rec room, complete with a red-felted pool table and huge windows. Play in front of the stars, and overlook the rest of your cabin in this soaring loft space.

Outdoor Spaces

Soothe yourself on the large front porch in the rocking chairs, while you soak in the natural views. On the back porch, you can soak in the bubbling hot tub, or BBQ to your heart’s content. Nothing smells better than cooking out in the fresh mountain air! You will find rocking chairs here, as well, to continue with the Tennessee charm that flows throughout this home.

Needs some cleaning
Cabin has potential, but the porches was not inviting. The webs was every where. We couldn't enjoy the porches @ all. We couldn't control the temperature inside the cabin & it was freezing inside the cabin. I brought a shower curtain for the main floor bathroom, because the other ine had mildew over it. The toilet in the main floor looks disgusting. I cleaned it several times & brought toilet liners. The blind was broke in the bedroom in the main floor we fixed it. The place can be great if they take the time to clean it inside & out. It needs some cosmetic attention. Our trip was supposed to be to just relax & hang around the cabin, but we ended up leaving early mornings & coming back late evenings. We couldn't get comfortable from the cold & the webs all over the porch. Oh & the windows up stairs by pool table looks terrible definitely needs cleaning. The location is great & the pool is right in front of the cabin.

So close to town….
The property was exactly how it was described. It was very clean and the fireplace was a great addition to our stay. We were minutes away from all the local attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice Cabin!
Among the Oaks cabin in the Blackberry Ridge Resort was a very nice place to stay. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet. If you don't like having to drive up steep curvy roads in the mountains, this cabin is for you!! One of the negative things could say about the cabin is that it could've been cleaner. There were cobwebs in the lampshades, dust and lenton tables in the living room and food crumbs on kitchen counters. Also the downstairs bathtub faucet dripped constantly. Overall though, it was a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Among the Oaks
We planned a last minute trip and luckily among the oaks was available. Cabin was super close to everything and really clean. We most wanted to relax and soak in Hot Tub and it was perfect for that. Can’t really think of any negatives except main floor toilet was out of service because of a leak. That kind of stuff happens.

Tennessee Christmas
This was a perfect setting for our first time in Tennessee. We were surprised to have the cabin decorated with a tree for Christmas. It was a perfect setting for our family. This stay has helped us make a decision to come back here every year for Christmas.

Not terrible
The cabin was nice, I liked all of the Christmas decorations & the fireplace was very nice! The Location was convenient, very close to town! The negatives Include the heat going out the last night and the cabin not being stocked such as no cleaning supplies or salt & pepper, aluminum foil etc. Also, the pool table needs some repairs.

Bring your own cookware
Spider webs are all over the ceiling and corners. Needs to update cookware, we had to buy pans because those at the cabin are filthy, old and rusty... Need some decoration, it seems everything in the cabin was picked from a cheap garage sale .... The location is very convenient and the community is nice.
