With its garden sofa and dining table, the terrace offers incredible views of the garden, the pool and the Indian Ocean. A barbecue is also at your disposal for your grill.

The villa is secure (fence + gate automatic access + alarm), and has a nice space to park your cars.

On the ground floor, the villa offers a beautiful living space with a dining room and a lounge (flat screen and Wifi internet access), opening onto a covered terrace and its magnificent sea view.

The house also has an independent equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, poured coffee machine, gas stove, toaster, kettle ...).

This carefully decorated holiday home has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed 160 and a bedroom with 2 single beds 90), 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.

The capacity can be increased to 8 people using the sofa bed in the living room.

The villa also has a laundry area with washing machine.

The villa is located in Saline-les-Bains, facing the beautiful beach of Trou d'Eau and the most beautiful lagoon of the island of Reunion.

The area is quiet and residential and you will appreciate the proximity of many beach restaurants (Blue Choka, La Bodega, Green Uni ...) about 1 km from the villa, ideal places for a cocktail feet in the sand while admiring the sunset in the Indian Ocean.

The city center of Saline-les-Bains is 2 km with its bakery, tobacco / press, pharmacy ... One kilometer further, you will also find a supermarket.

Treat yourself to an exceptional moment on the intense island in Villa Sable d'Or. Located in La Saline-les-Bains, a seaside resort on the west coast of La Réunion with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon, the sunsets, the water activities, while radiating easily on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the 3 circuses ...).

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Animals are not allowed.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

Rental of 5 days minimum.

To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay is to be paid upon booking.

Deposit: An imprint of credit card or a check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure on the condition that no damage has been caused to the villa .

A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.

Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Release time: between 8h and 11h.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.

In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8h), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested upon arrival).
