Very good quality furniture and beds. Aircondtioning in wohle house. Underfloor centra heating with heat pump. HEATED POOL 5 x 10. Alle bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with toilet. High chair and baby-bed for free. Open or closed kitchen (sliding door). High qualtiy hifi, television with 250 channels. Alarm, safe, security glazing and/or shutters. Garage 3 cars, and parking place. Ping-pong table. Bedlinen and towels can be rented (15/erson), not mandatory. Cycling and walking departure immediately from the house. 2 restaurants at 300 m (Rossini and Bacchus). Golf and tennis : 3 km. CANCELATION POSSIBLE IF YOU CAN'T TRAVEL DUE TU COVID. NO SMOKING . Gewoon zalige vakantie gehad.
Super gezellige villa met alles erop en eraan. Eigenaars correct en zorgen ervoor dat alles duidelijk is bij aankomst. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super mooie villa met een "breakfast with a view"
Wij hebben hier van 22 december 2019 tot 3 januari 2020 verbleven. Echt een super de luxe villa! Het is een fantastisch huis met mooie vergezichten. Zowel vanuit de eethoek als het zwembad. Als je op zoek bent naar een “breakfast with a view” is dit waar je moet zijn. De omgeving is ook fantastisch met het (zand)strand op 5 min rijden. Cap d’Or is ook op 5 min rijden en geeft een mooi uitzicht over de ruige kustlijn. Het contact met de eigenaar was vanaf het begin erg prettig en alles werd goed geregeld. Instructies voor het huis zijn duidelijk. Je moet alleen niet vergeten om het alarm af te zetten als je ’s ochtends naar buiten gaat. Maar als je dit een keer overkomt gebeurt dat geen tweede keer ☺. Wel fijn dat je ’s nachts het alarm in de tuin kunt aanzetten. Aangezien we hier in de winter periode verbleven werkte de zonnepanelen voor het warm water niet helemaal op en top. Maar dat lag uiteraard aan de buitentemperatuur, dat zal in de zomer geen probleem zijn. Met de boiler “aan de normale stroom” was het geen probleem, kost alleen wel extra stroom. Het huis is (over)compleet ingericht, niets ontbreekt eraan. Goede spullen/meubels etc die bij een luxe villa horen. Het zwembad is in deze periode goed te verwarmen. We hebben deze na een paar dagen van 25 graden naar 27 graden gezet en deze temperatuur werd makkelijk gehaald. We hebben dus heerlijk kunnen zwemmen. Voor het verwarmen van het zwembad gebruik je hoofdzakelijk nachtstroom. De kosten hiervoor vielen ons mee en bleven ruim binnen de borg waarvan dit achteraf ingehouden wordt. Kortom, dit huis is een echte aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een luxe villa met uitzicht en prive zwembad. Wij komen hier zeker een keer terug!
