Apartment of 70 m2 located on the 1st floor with elevator in a new secure residence with private parking. It is 200m from Calvi beach, in the heart of the pine forest.

Located 100m from a supermarket with bakery, the residence is 15 minutes' walk from the town center and the port of Calvi by the wooden promenade along the beach.

The fully air-conditioned apartment has free internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, a refrigerated wine cabinet, a TV with "Bose" sound bar and a washing machine. Laundry.

it consists of a large living room with living room (quality sofa) and dining room, a semi open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and two beautiful bedrooms with 160 bedding, one of which 16m2 giving sea side and the second of 12m2 with cupboard giving mountain side.
