Furthermore, after 10 pm, no loud parties or excessive noise is permitted, and all occupants must treat the condominium with the same respect they would their own property. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful environment. Additionally, smoking cigarettes or cannabis is prohibited inside or on the balcony. According to Quebec laws, a minimum distance of 9 meters from the building must be maintained, and fines will be issued to violators.

We provide fresh coffee beans, a box of Nespresso pods, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, basic spices, dish and dishwasher soaps, garbage and recycling bags, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, and all-purpose cleaner.
