Chalet 12 people ideally located 150 meters from the slopes and shops in the village of Saint-Martin-De-Belleville, near the Les Menuires resort, 3 valleys area, access to the Les Menuires, Méribel, Courchevel, Val-Thorens, Orelle slopes .

The chalet has a beautiful view of the mountains and the village. It is composed of 5 bedrooms, an American kitchen, a large living room and a living room with fireplace (wood provided).

Fuel heating. Linens provided. Accepted animals.

Prices :

- end of stay cleaning: 135 euros
- tourist tax: 0.99 € per night and per person from 18 years old

Très beau duplex et village charmant. Pas chalet indépendant
Le chalet est top, spacieux et adapté aux groupes. Belle vue. Les points négatifs néanmoins: - le sauna n'a été disponible qu'à partir du mardi soir - le sol de la salle commune n'était pas d'une propreté folle (nos bébés marchant à 4 pattes avaient pieds et mains très sales) - pas de bruit possible après minuit car il ne s'agit pas d'un chalet indépendant mais de 2 étages dans le chalet du propriétaire (nous contactant dès 23h45 un soir pour bruit) - très mauvais débit de wifi (compliqué pour télétravail)

Lovely chalet
My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely chalet. The views from the lounge and balconies are stunning. It was very clean and all facilities appeared quite new. There were all the amenities we needed and is near shops and restaurants. The property owner lives below and was very pleasant and happy to help.

Tres bien agencé pour 10 personnes. Rien ne manque facile accès. 3 WC et 4 douches vraiment pratique
Bien équipé Accueil tres sympa et disponible Garage pour les velos ou autre Belles vues
