Super cute! 4min drive to beach VALUE!

4 Minute drive to the Ed Walline public beach access /Gulf Place. Pack your fishing pole to fish in the backyard. The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with its own reading nook, borrow a book from us or bring your own! The kiddos will love the guest bedroom catered especially for them(1 bunk bed and a single twin). Guests will enjoy the nice lake views, pond swing, firepit & grill! Great value!

I was surprised to find the property was a double wide trailer. The listing did not indicate it.
Good location to beach but did not feel comfortable in the Neighborhood. We did not go outside bc we felt unsure of the safety aspect.
