Quiet family friendly duplex in Highgate, Burnaby. New furniture throughout

We have a 4 bedroom duplex in Burnaby. Located close to Highgate Mall, walking distance to several parks, Edmonds Community Center and lots of restaurants. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, 43inch TV and an ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a full bed, 3rd bedroom a bunk bed for 2 kids, flex room has a double pullout bed and outside covered deck. Main floor has a large living room with couches and sofa bed, fireplace, 55 inch TV with IPTV (thousands of channels, PPV) Netflix etc. The suite also has a large kitchen and a separate dining area for 6 people and an additional kitchen bar table which can seat 4. Full size laundry machines. Max 6 people.
