The villa is located 25 minutes from Cannes, 45 minutes from Nice airport, 5 minutes from the Gulf of Terre Blanche, 10 minutes from Lake St Cassien. Magnificent character stone villa of 300 m² in a wooded and quiet property of 10,000 m². 4 bedrooms with bathroom, 3 with their own terrace. 1 double bed in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a central island and an American fridge, the floors are tiled. There is a large terrace with summer kitchen, a sauna and a swimming pool. Close to shops, hairdressers, bakery.

Fantastic Villa, exactly as described
We were met by Pamela and Serge, the owners who were delightful. They gave us a full tour of the villa and outside, explaining everything perfectly. The villa itself is amazing, large and spacious inside with very good facilities. The outside it just as it shows on the website, actually even better, lots of areas to sit around the house. Up by the pool a massive, paved area with more relaxed seating with another eating area with kitchen. If you do want to get away from the villa (unlikely) and explore, there are many beautiful local villages, markets, and great places to eat. We were 4 couples, we had a great time and I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this villa. Thank you to Pamela and Serge.
