A newly remodeled guest suite features an exposed brick fireplace and more classic details, offset by neutral, relaxing hues and organically refined accents. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 4 guests. One queen-size bed and one queen-size sofa bed with a 10 inch thick Air Dream Mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cooktop and cooking utensils.
Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocol has been implemented.

Quiet and relaxing
The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Room is clean and could fit 2/3 people with sofa bed. Check process is very easy. Overall enjoyed my stay there.

Clean, comfortable, attractive, within half hour of everything. Only drawback no freezer so must eat that pint of Haagen Dazs you bought right away :). Lovely place, great host.

Beautiful neighborhood with wonderful host
The studio is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The host is very responsive and helpful. She had the pull out bed made prior to our arrival. Both the regular bed and pull out was comfortable. Check in process was no contact and super easy. Would 100% recommend and stay again ☺️

Great location, Lovely space!
This space was exactly the same as the pictures! The hosts had the sleeper bed ready when we arrived and made sure We had parking in front of the house. Great place with everything we needed and will definitely be back!

Very comfortable place!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. There was such thoughtfulness from our host that really made our time feel special (with so many toiletries and complimentary coffee and tea provided). Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting LA

Cheviot Hills was founded in 1924, the neighborhood has been the filming location of countless movies and television shows due to its convenient location between Fox Studios and Sony Studios. The neighborhood has also long been home to many actors, television personalities, and studio executives. Cheviot Hills is centrally located, minutes away to Beverly Hills, UCLA, USC, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica and Venice beach, close to downtown LA and LAX airport.

The quiet residential neighborhood is uniquely located close to the best 1.3 million square-foot shopping mall in Los Angeles, Westfield Mall where you will find Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Macy's as well as hundreds of well known fashion/beauty stores, many food and drink restaurants and a 15-screen AMC multiplex cinemas.
