Charmant studio de 25m2 qui se trouve au coeur de Cannes à deux pas de la Croisette, de la rue la rue d'Antibes et des plages de sable. Tous les commerces sont à proximité et à moins de 1à minutes à pied de la gare.

L'appartement à été refait à neuf entièrement. Il est composé d'une pièce de vie avec un lit 2 places (160cm), également un canapé convertible confortable pour 2 personnes, Tv et table basse (qui peut se remonter), une cuisinette équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso, machine à laver, une salle de douche avec wc.
Il est agrémenté d'un balcon de 4m2 sur lequel il est possible de prendre un repas.
L'appartement se trouve au 1e étage avec ascenseur.

Studio Cannes
Studio très agréable à deux pas de la croisette et 5 mn à pied du palais des festivals par le bord de mer !! Le quartier est tranquille mais reste vivant,, vous pouvez trouver tout type de restaurants dans un rayon de 200m . Le studio est bien équipé (vaisselle pour 4/tire bouchon et ouvre boite/plaque de cuisson/ frigo /machine à laver/ cafetière nespresso , etc..) Il y a également quelques condiments / sauces/ sucre et capsules nespresso( idéal pour le début) Le contact avec les propriétaires est super rapide et très convivial. Le balcon terrasse est très agréable. En bref très bon séjour.

Une vraie déception
Les propriétaires nous ont sorties de l’appartement avec violence verbales et ont très mal parler à mes filles sous prétexte qu’il yavait des étiquettes et tickets de caisse par terre le jour du départ Alors que le ménage du séjour est compris dedans Messieurs la prochaine fois plutôt que vous adressez à de jeunes filles moins de 22 ans Essayez plutôt de vous adresser à des gens de votre âge Vous n’avez aucun respect d’autrui et vous êtes très mal éduqués Mais à priori jai eu d’autres échos et c’est bien coutumes chez vous d’agir de la sorte J’espère que RBNB vous pénalisera pour ce mauvais accueil c’est juste scandaleux Honte à vous!

Great experience
This was my first Airbnb experience but surely not the last. I was greeted on time and shown around the access to the apartment and the amenities on the apartment. There was a bottle of water on the fridge and Nespresso machine with capsules ( I was invited to consume ) All very clean, organized..... The only difference between the studio and a 5 star suite was that I made my bed (and the price) Highly recommend this apartment studio.

Perfect choice
Perfect location, minute walking from beach and main promenade. Very well equpped, super clean and nice and helpful host. Excellent accommodation and service.
