Why they chose this property
This property is fantastic as it allows easy access to all things Sun Valley! You come here for a reason—this condo is close to it all! From Silver Creek for fly fishing 45 minutes to the south to Bald Mountain for skiing—only 10 minutes away! Plus the seasonal pool is awesome and the year round hot tub and sauna top off a day of skiing or snowboarding. Don't forget about golf—closest course is a 3 minute walk but 3 additional golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive. Tennis and pickle ball is also part of the deal! You will love it here!

The condo allows access to the seasonal pool, year-round hot tub and sauna plus tennis and pickle ball courts. Great deck off the back with BBQ and intimate surroundings—let the tranquility set in!
