Visiting the Mountains of Western North Carolina? Relax in our private and cozy one-bedroom basement apartment. Full kitchen and a dining area. Large living room with lots of natural light and a warm gas fireplace. Lots of space for one person or up to 4 people.
Come and go with a keyless keypad entry and a private driveway and entrance.
Super clean with lots of amenities and thoughtful touches.

Please note- There is a long term renter living in the upstairs apartment with two small dogs. Of course, daily living noises such as voices, tv, human foot steps, doggie paw steps, etc, can be heard from inside and outside of the apartment day and night.
If these types of noises will be disturbing to you, this lovely apartment might not be a good fit for you.

Great cozy stay!
We had a wonderful stop at this cozy apartment. We spent one night with our dog and everything was perfect. Clean, had everything we needed, a comfortable bed and a great little fireplace. The perfect place to stop! Thanks!

Great apartment for a stay in hendersonville
We only stayed a night but the place was great. Nice and quiet and pretty close to everything. Love that that have backyard chickens and fresh eggs

Exceeded Expectations
This place is wonderful. Space is perfect for a couple or a couple with small child. We loved the proximity to downtown Hendersonville and the fresh eggs from the neighboring hens. Highly recommend!

Sweet Spot in Hendo
This was a great basement apt in an established neighborhood close to downtown! It was perfect for my husband & me to use as headquarters for house hunting. We will book it again!
