Pet-Related Rules:
- This property is in a mountainous area where bears and other wildlife live. Please keep an eye on your pets when they are exploring the outdoors. Similarly, since we are in the wooded area, please ensure your furry ones are up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm meds.
- Please keep pets off the bed, pickup after them outside, and prevent them from 'marking' anything inside. If excessive hair or urine is found inside, we will contact you about any necessary fees.
- We require guests to disclose if they plan to bring a pet/pets, as we have a $100 per pet fee.
- We do not adjust fees or rules for emotional support animals.

NOTE: This listing is for the yellow 3-bedroom house and the lower-level studio, “The Cave,” which sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. On the same property, there is also an upper-level studio (above the lower-level studio) with a private entrance. If you book the yellow 3-bedroom house and lower-level studio using this listing, there is a possibility that the top floor studio of the 2-story home, above “The Cave,” will be rented out; as a result, you will be sharing the driveway with other guests.
