Enjoyed the stay
A beautiful crafted home with gorgeous woodwork and delightful art in an adult community. The view was excellent, a very nice patio and the location very handy, close by many restaurants, shops and bars. We had some issues but the owner responded quickly and fixed what could be corrected. We were disappointed that the hot tub and pool were not heated and basically not useable but community ones were great nearby.

Excellent location in very upscale area. Very convenient to El Paseo area and downtown
Beautiful decor and very private villa. Too cool to enjoy pool but area pool was practically next door.

excellent property with great art
we enjoyed our stay and would like to return. Our stay was shortened by the impact of the coronavirus which required us to return home earlier than would have wished especially after the tennis was cancelled. Stephanie the property manager gave us future credit for the days we missed from our pre-purchased time allocation which we appreciated. Our only compliant about the property was that there was a wasp nest beside the hot tub which prevented the use of that facility (which really wasn't a great problem) and it was not attended by maintenace before we departed

Golfer’s retreat
What a great place to come back to after a full day of golfing! Everything we needed was there and we could relax in front of a nice fire with a glass of wine & relive the best (and worst) shots of the day. The designer furnishings and “touches” made us feel we were somewhere special. Will definitely come back next year!
