Come to spend your holidays in Carqueiranne, in a charming T2 of 45m2, with terrace and done up garden (50m2), entirely done again for nine.
Ideally located in a quiet residence, with direct access through a private entrance, to St Vincent Park (tennis, nursery, rest-day care, socio-cultural center, theater of greenery, house associations ..). You will reach the port, the shops and the beaches in 10 minutes on foot.

Located on the ground floor of a family residence, the apartment includes
- a bedroom, with queen-size bed, chest of drawers, closets, phone sockets near the bed, and bay window overlooking a terrace and garden.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine
- a living room-kitchen with sofa bed 140 * 200, TV, wifi, coffee maker nespresso, microwave, oven, dishwasher ...

Our apartment is ideally placed:
- To the west, 5 minutes walk from the village, crossing the alleys lined with Mediterranean plants of the park St Vincent, you will be able to profit from excellent products of the area and days of markets.
- In the East, the hill of the mountain of the birds and its strolls are accessible with a walk of approach of 8 minutes hardly.
- To the South, the harbor, shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. The beach Pines Pins, one of my favorites, is also 10 minutes to the port.

You can do everything on foot!
But if you want to use your car, no one prevents you: you can go to Hyères, Le Pradet, or Porquerolles in less than 20 minutes.

Access of travelers

The apartment is in the ground floor of a building of 3 floors. If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you.
You will reach your garden level by the common parts, and will have the entire housing (entrance with a large closet, American kitchen thought to be practical and pleasant, sunny living room, bathroom and bedroom), as well as Garden, sun loungers and terrace.
A gate at the bottom of the garden allows you to walk down to the beach or to the village. Take the small paths under the pines and the song of the cicadas, it already looks like holidays no?

Exchanges with travelers

I love to talk with my hosts, and I love to discover my region. If you wish, I will tell you the good corners, beaches, restaurants, excursions, markets ... to do in the vicinity.

Other remarks

The apartment is ideal for 2, but is quite suitable for 2 couples, or a family. If you come with children, tell me, I will provide you with what to welcome them with pleasure (cot, baby bath, games, books, balloons ...).
