Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. the Location was wonderful. Walk to Pier Park, less than 1.25 miles. The only bad thing is the elevators wait time but that's at every place you stay at on the beach between March to September.

We loved the space in the room but the beds where not comfortable and pillows where awful . The floors needed deep cleaned everyone had black feet in only minutes if barefoot in the room . Shower curtain in guest bathroom smelled so soured and gross . The Elevator was a total disaster…. 20 to 30 minutes of wait time , people where trying to climb 19 plus levels of stairs it was so bad . The indoor pool had so much chemicals it was burning their skin so that was a bummer since it was so cold in the ocean we loved the idea of indoor pool but couldn’t use it !

It was nice but our air-conditioning went out and we had to wait in the hot air for i think was the manager, he came in and looked at it and told my daughter to fix it! We missed a important dinner with family. I called the condo to see if they would credit me a day that we missed and he said no

Great 4th of July
The condo was very very spacious and we truly enjoyed our stay. Needs a little TLC as cabinets are peeling and curtain to outside balcony is torn at the bottom. Sliding door is very hard to open to balcony. Elevators are absolutely the worst wait I’ve ever dealt with. All in all, the condo rocked and we truly enjoyed our stay but it could be so much better with just a little love put into it.

Pros: Staff and check in was easy and the place was clean. Cons: Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for an elevator. A few times we waited 20 minutes for one. If someone wanted to break into our room, it wouldn't have taken much. The door would barely latch. And about died on the balcony furniture. One of the chairs had a couple of screws that stripped out previous of our stay. And when one of the kids sat in it, they fell through. I will not be coming back.

Pros: Comfortable mattress Room darkening curtains Resort amenities convenient to access Starbucks on-site Tiki bar onsite In unit washer and dryer Condo size Proximity to beach and views Cons Check in process Elevator access, ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE - would not consider staying here again for this reason alone - over 2000 people trying to share 4 elevators with luggage and luggage carts… means you are waiting 20 mins to get on an elevator Condo amenities; bedding was thin and almost non-existent, tvs worked on Wi-Fi only and it was hit or miss if streaming services would work, furniture old and outdated or broken (coffee and barstools) condo holds 12 but wasn’t enough seats for everyone to sit down to eat at the same time, or watch a movie at the same time. Blind were broken, curtains rods damaged and falling out of the walls. Patio furniture old, and mismatched. No cleaning supplies.. there was broom but no dustpan… there was a vacuum but it just sprayed sand everywhere. Beach service came with our unit, but no one told me that Resort - hot tubs 1 was working the week we were there and they were extremely crowded Game room extremely expensive Movie theater - meh (hot and movies were old) Overall … the kids had a good time.. which is all that mattered … and this unit was cost effective but I would not use this location in the future.

Es nuestra segunda ves que nos quedamos aquí la primera ve todo muy bien sobre todo la limpieza , pero esta ves agarramos algo más grande para estar más cómodos pero desde que entramos. Tenía un mal olor a pescado dañado , los muebles de la sala estaban bien sucios cómo les había caído leche o crema y no lo limpiaron bien , pero después de eso el lugar la playa es muy bueno sus piscinas

Fantastic stay!

Floor was dirty. Master bedroom was warmer that the other rooms. TV in front room did not work. Too far from Pier Park to not have a car. The view was beautiful & the condo had most of what we needed though.

Condo was older and had several problems. Was not stocked well. Was not cleaned well before arrival. Building overall was run down and the pools were so cold you couldn’t even swim. Staff were not overly friendly and the elevators were very slow

Definitely not going back! Don’t waste your time and money.
The unit was not clean. It had a funky smell. One of the mattres had blood stains and no covers it was disgusting. The doors has some really nasty stains from where you grab the door. The balcony chair we got were ripped. To top it all the dishwasher didn’t work. This is not their fault but there were some drainage going right into the beach where we were staying. First and last time staying here.
