Great for big families
This was a great rental. The layout was perfect for our party of 12. The multiple living areas were awesome for the much needed space that is sometimes needed when vacationing with family for a whole week. The location was very close to both Scarborough beach and Narragansett pier which was an added bonus. Great spot

Fun near the ocean
This house is a fantastic house as it has so much room for a family to spread out! The AC is a major plus as it was humid during our stay. There is a wonderful deck and two kitchens plus plenty of separate spaces to spread out. It is on a main road but we didn’t have any problems with the noise as my kids live in the city anyway. Two passes come with this property and we enjoyed swimming at Narragansett beach. The half bath off the principal bedroom was a huge plus. We did have to rent all linens as they are not included but the rental agency was super accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation
We loved the location, and our family had plenty of room. But this was a private dwelling, and they have not yet converted to vacation rental mode. There were stains on the rug in the family room. The kitchen cabinets were not organized. The grills were not useable. I contacted the realtor via text about the grills but never received a response. One of the reasons why I prefer VRBO is to avoid realtors, but I see things are changing. Regardless, I would stay here again if these improvements were made.

2022 Vacation
The house was nice ad well equipped. It was great having 2 of a lot of things, especially washer and dryer. Lots of supplies left behind by previous tenants: would have preferred that they were removed. Only issue I had was the lack of silverware in the in-law part of the house. Most of it was upstairs. some of the dresser draws needed to be wiped out before use. Overall great experience and the management group was great.

Great Place for Families!
Great place that’s close to lots of things (walking or driving). 2 beach passes for town beach we’re much appreciated. Lots of room in house. Additional parking on side of house was helpful. Having 2 kitchens/washer/dryers was handy. Would stay there again!!
