House located on the heights of Allas les Mines, in a very quiet hamlet, 7 km from Saint Cyprien (all shops and services) and 20 km west of Sarlat.
In the heart of Black Perigord, 15 minutes from the sites of Beynac, Castelnaud, Castle Milandes, La Roque-Gageac, the chasm of Proumeyssac, Park Bournat, etc ...... ..

Ground floor: fitted kitchen (with gas hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine), living room with TV and wood stove, 1 room with 2 beds 90x190 (plus a cot available), a bathroom with toilet.
Floor: 2 rooms with beds 140x190, 1 WC.

Flat garden of 1500 m2 entirely closed with barbecue, table of outside with 10 chairs, living room of garden, deckchairs, terrace full South with a shaded part.
Swimming pool 5mx3m fenced.
Ideal both for tourism in the heart of the Perigord Noir for hikers or sports enthusiasts (mountain biking, hiking, biking, cycling).
Possibility of storage bikes or trailer in a barn.
