With a large group, you'll likely encounter differing opinions about how to spend free time, but you're in luck, as this home has two living spaces to enjoy. The first is a comfy zone with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for quiet reading or long afternoon naps. Throw another log on the fire and relax while you gaze outdoors to the picturesque wooded views, just beyond the deck, also a prime spot for summer lounging and dining al fresco. Others in your party may prefer the second living area set up for entertainment with a flat-screen TV and pool table. Both areas surround the updated kitchen, making sure the chef in your group stays social while preparing the evening's home-cooked meal.

Most of the sleeping quarters are located upstairs. The Primary suite is a spacious getaway in itself, offering a beautiful en-suite bath, private deck, flat-screen TV, and yes, its own wood-burning fireplace too. Two additional guest rooms will accommodate all your little ones and share a full bathroom between them. The fourth bedroom, a junior Primary suite is located on the main floor, adjacent to the living area.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
