The Village is Boise's hip new shopping mall - 4 min by car. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new. 13 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses, 2 will have a queen size air mattress. Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 15. Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 15. Please enter the booking for the highest number of people you will have at any point during your stay. Example of how this policy works: If you have 10 guests one night, 15 another, and 12 on the last one, we will charge you for 15. This is because linens will have to be washed for 15 people, regardless of how many nights your 15 guests used the towels and bedsheets.

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table under a covered pergola, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street. There is a foosball table in the garage for your use. You can move it to the back so you can park in the garage as well.

I live in Boise, about 15 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to The Village. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!

Restful and Cozy
A lovely home! Things we liked most: very quiet neighborhood, fireplace was cozy on the rainy days, spacious for our group of 5, very close to shopping & restaurants, grocery store was 5 min away, the firepit was fun. We roasted marshmallows too! The mattresses were very comfortable - I think I got the best night's sleep in a year! Sam was a great hostess. We went to the Birds of Prey center - one of her suggestions - quite a highlight of our visit!

Amazing home and great location
Sam’s property was very comfortable for our group of 8. House was tidy and clean. We loved the location, Trader Joe’s was close! The neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was nice - didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or cornhole - too cold outside.

Excellent home
This home was perfect for our holiday stay. There were 8 of us and I was initially concerned that 1700 square feet may seem too small, but it was laid out very well. There was plenty of sleeping area and the back yard was lovely. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. Directions for use and checkout were great. Was a wonderful experience.

If you love shopping and good food, look no further! You will be at The Village in 3 or 4 minutes, and you won't have to go to the same restaurant twice - there are so many good ones! The house has a great layout with one bedroom and a half bath downstairs as well as two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses.

What makes this property unique

Have a few beers with your BBQ or roast some smores (and memories) while relaxing around the firepit. The outdoor seating area and yard are private with no rear neighbors, and you'll love the mature trees providing shade. The open grass is great for young kids and dogs to run around in.
