One Shell Cove is a wonderful Beachfront Studio on Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island Florida. Just step out your door and you are on the Beach. No streets to cross. Just walk back into your unit directly from the beach when you need a beverage or snack. No streets to cross. YOU ARE ON THE BEACH!!

Beautifully Appointed with everything you need. Compact studio unit but perfect for your beachfront holiday. Full Kitchen, all kitchen supplies, dishes. Linens included.

It's hard to find unique properties like this where you walk out your door onto the beach. No stairs. Dining table right outside your door. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.

Anna Maria Island retains the charm of a real beachfront community.

Why they chose this property

Anna Maria Island is unique in that it is one of the beach towns that has retained the beach flavor. Not built up or overrun with chain stores and restaurants. Small town "beachy" feel. Easy to get around via car, walking, free trolly, or uber.

What makes this property unique

It's hard to find properties that are ground floor and directly on the beach. You walk out your door onto your patio shared with the other 6 units on the floor. Always friendly people around. Walk down the 40 foot sand path, thru the dunes, and you are on the beach. When you need to grab a snack or use the restroom, you are back home in less than a minute. Truly amazing location.
