About this property

Gorgeous, new resort home with pool, one mile from the music festival

located inside Trilogy at the Polo Club, a new gated community, with private pool, fire pit, putting green, 4 bedrooms, 3 and half baths. All new furniture and GE Cafe Appliances. Short drive to Palm Springs and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and less than a mile to Music festivals Pool is unheated but you will have access to the clubhouse resort pool for a nominal fee. We have listed this property only three times last year and have received five star reviews. Due to a glitch by VRBO, the reviews have been lost, but I can email them to you upon request

Perfect Stay for a Long Weekend with Friends
John has been a wonderful host from the time of booking all the way through the end of our stay. He is super responsive and accommodating to all of our requests and questions. The property is beautiful and reflected accurately in the listing. The pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful touch to the stay given the 90 degrees weather. My friends had a wonderful time in town thanks to John.
