Beautiful new apartment of 140m ², duplex, located on the 3rd floor of a small family home of 4 apartments.

Private parking in the courtyard of the house. (height and width limited to 2m40).

Two minutes walk from the historic center, the little Venice and the Christmas market.

Two free parking spaces.

A 7th person is accepted if it is a child under 3 years old. Because we have an umbrella bed.
An 8th person is accepted if it is a child under 8 years old. Because we have a folding bed.

Final cleaning charge: 35 € for two nights, 45 € for 3 nights and 60 € for 4 nights or more.

Many amenities, you will feel at home.
Nice view of the city.

Our Alsace visit
We were here for 3 weeks and used this as our base to explore the entire region. The property is an excellent location for old town Colmar. The best things about it are the private parking, air conditioning, large rooms, very well stocked good size kitchen and is very new so in good condition.

El apartamento está genial no falta de nada, hemos estado muy cómodos. El apartamento estaba muy calentito con su calefacción puesta ya q en la calle hacia menos 5grados.las camas muy cómodas. Lo recomendarmos unico inconveniente q hay q subir hasta una 3planta muy empinadas las escaleras pero eso ya lo sabíamos. A un paso de la zona turística. Muchas gracias a Melanie volveremos.
