My accommodation is located in the heart of the ""Quartier Latin"" (Latin Quarter) at the cross of boulevard Saint Michel and boumevard Saint Germain!

Less than 5 minutes walk from La Sorbonne, Luxembourg Garden and Le Pantheon, and 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris

It is very close to many restaurants, bars and to public transportation, especially ""Odeon"" subway station.

I hope you enjoy it for the comfort and the location.







Travelers can benefit from the whole apartment and can access to the accomodation directly from the street

Appartement assez bien , emplacement au top par contre gestion administrative affreuse. débité 2 fois les deux nuits et deux fois la caution soit 1430 € pour 315 € les deux nuits ... 10 jours pour me faire rembourser 715 € du doublon et j'attends toujours les 400 € de caution 3 semaines après le séjour... A vous de voir

Not like the pictures!
We just finished staying in Paris and London and the rentals were night and day different. From the communication of the manager to the helpfulness to the accuracy of the pictures. Paris was a disappointment in that it was a tiny rental with no communication from the manager and not any good communication. We also weren’t given enough toilet paper or towels and no bathroom products just as an example. I would not recommend for the cost, it was a small step above a hostel at hotel prices.

Perfect for short stay
Very clean, great layout, and conveniently located with excellent access to city. No A/C, but unit quickly cools once windows are open. Overall, excellent stay!
