This condo is a smaller version of the three-bedroom Splash Resort 1101W.
This is a lockout condo and there are two doors/lock codes needed for when guests enter
The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
This condo has two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella seasonally (March - October)
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
