The bungalow is composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with queen size bed 160 * 190, with wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Neat decoration, new house linen and bedding. A laundry area was organized on the side of the bungalow in the shelter of the rain, with washing machine. The surroundings are clean and covered with gravel, a stretching area was designed so that the laundry dries outside swept by the trade winds. An outdoor shower is also installed, which is appreciated for the return of the beach. The tropical garden is haven of peace and relaxation the fruit trees have been planted for the enjoyment of all. Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure.
