Gorgeous Condo with King size bed minutes from Clearwater Beach

The Avalon condominium complex at Clearwater is located in a beautiful gated community 3 miles away from Clearwater Beach , It is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Honeymoon Island and close to Tampa .
The condo is on the ground floor , steps away from the pool . Charcoal BBQ grills are by the pool .
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen new granite counter tops, coffee maker, blender, cookware , silverware , dinnerware, glasses etc., the kitchen has everything you need for the everyday meal preparation .
A brand new washer and dryer .
Large bedroom with king size bed , TV , and a walk-in closet . There is a sofa-bed that opens up to a full size (2 kids or 2 adults can sleep on it )
Linens , covers , pillows, bath towels , iron, iron board, hair dryer are provided to you, beach chairs, umbrella , towels and cooler .
A mini google for your entertainment but please do not play the music too loud .
Small trained pet up to 25lbs is allowed .
High speed internet , Wi-fi .
A family of 2 adults -2 kids , or 4 adults can be accommodated.

Excellent first family vacay rental!
We had such a wonderful stay at JD's property! This was our first family vacation (my husband and I and our 1.5 year old son) and the amenities JD provided us with at his condo were so helpful and appreciated when travelling with a toddler. When we arrived at the Avalon, the check-in instructions were simple and straightforward. When we got into our condo, it was extremely welcoming and clean. JD went above and beyond to baby-proof the entire apartment (the playpen was already set up upon arrival, children's toys & books, baby-proofing on the tables & cupboards). We also really appreciated all of the beach chairs, tents, floaties and toys that we could access during our stay in JD's apartment. Amazing location (short drive to Clearwater beach & Dunedin to see the Blue Jays Spring Training & many restaurants and shops nearby too!) JD was the best host; easy to communicate with, kind and helpful. The Avalon pool is SO warm and perfect for young kids. We will absolutely stay here again and can't recommend JD's place enough! Nice cozy stay located close to the pool . Shopping plaza across the street. Quiet. Only downfall for me was the firm mattress. Everything needed was provided, including stuff for your beach outings!! Would stay again!
