Please Read The Revies!
Pros: Location & Strong water pressure
Cons: Safety! Locks are not all working effectively or efficiently. All furniture is very weathered, and outdated. Kitchen items are all old, for a cook who wants to cook daily, I didn't want to due to the lack of. Sheets are rough, and extremely low quality as well as the bath towels. Shutters are old, dusty and broken. Vents are rusty & dirty. Rusty nails sticking out of the porches. Outside lighting did not work, walking into a dark porch. Old dirty charis with beyond disgusting fabric on all outside patio furniture. The downstairs toilet paper holder is broken. Shower curtain stained dirty & rusted! These are just to name a few items, needing attention!
To the owners - go stay at your properties for a week, & let me know how you do! Start putting the money earned back into your rentals! MUCH NEEDED!
To the Mgmt Property - You failed! The weekly inspection is not being done. You should be ashamed of your company for not delivering quality. If the owners wont do what you asked them to do, then drop them as a client! This is ruining your reputation.
