COZY CLOUD is a beautiful air conditioned apartment with a bedroom. It was entirely renovated and is on the top floor. It has an ideal location in the hyper center on the famous pedestrian zone. You will find at the foot of the building, a multitude of restaurants and shops. The sea is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment has a Scandinavian decoration. The walls and white furniture give a sleek look and accentuate the brightness of the apartment. The light parquet floor and the wooden furniture provide warmth for a cozy atmosphere.

You will appreciate the quietness being on the courtyard side, despite being in the city center.
The apartment is fully equipped, you can only appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live.
With the smart TV stay you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of international channels available.
 
The apartment is on the 4th floor and last floor. It is accessible by elevator.
Please note that the elevator is a half landing elevator. You must climb a half level to access it and another one to access the apartment.
The apartment benefits from free fiber optic WiFi connection and air conditioning in the living-room.


COZY CLOUD has an ideal location in the hyper center on the pedestrian zone.
All the must-see places in the city are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment:
- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches
- The avenue of shopping: Jean Médecin
- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)
- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)
You will also be close to a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.


A few meters from the apartment, you will find bus stations and bike stations Blue, allowing you to move easily throughout Nice.

The train station is a few minutes walk away.

Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

The dining area has a nice dining table and 2 chairs.
The wardrobe has a washer-dryer.
The living room is air conditioned.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is open-plan. It is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob and a toaster.


BEDROOM
The bedroom has a double bed with a thick and comfortable mattress.


BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with mirror, hanging toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
