We welcome you in our charming modern T2 of 45 M2, renovated in June 2019. Located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, our apartment enjoys an unobstructed view of the pine forest and the sea as a backdrop.

Kitchen open to the living room perfectly equipped (dishwasher 9 covers, large fridge / freezer, induction hob, mini oven, microwave, coffee filter, electric kettle, cutlery, plates, dishes etc ...).

A 3 min walk, Plage Pin Rolland label Blue Flag supervised in summer by a lifeguard.
Secure building with digicode. Free outdoor car parking reserved for the residence. Outdoor motorcycle parking idem.

Lounge / Dining room overlooking sheltered terrace of 10 M2 with a table and 4 chairs.
A room with a 160x190 double bed with pillows and duvet with outside access to the terrace (possible sheets 1 pair fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcase + 15 € / stay).

Super séjour à Saint Mandrier
Encore merci pour cette acceuil chaleureux. L appartement est tres propre, tres spacieux et tres bien équipé. Son emplacement idéal, avec vue sur le parc et la mer à 200m. Boulangerie, tabac, commerce juste en dessous. Un tres belle endroit où nous reviendrons.

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un court mais excellent séjour. Appartement très bien situé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, de bons conseils pour les visites. Merci beaucoup!

Cote d´azur geniessen in familärer Atmosphäre
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet, als hätten die Vermieter die Einrichtung für sich selbst ausgesucht, sowohl die Ausstattung als auch die Deko. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine leckere Bäckerei. Man braucht also nicht ständig ins Auto steigen. Auch die zwei Strände sind zu Fuß prima zu erreichen. Es geht eher ruhig zu am Pin Roland. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist auch prima. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es kein W-LAN aber man kann sich über ein Öffentliches verbinden. Das habe ich aufgrund eingeschränkter Sprachkenntnisse nicht sofort hinbekommen. Es besteht aber eine gute LTE-Anbindung, weshalb ich es auch nicht weiter versucht habe. Wer unbedingt W-LAN nutzen möchte, am besten vorher informieren, wie das geht.

très bon séjour dans bel appartement
très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont d'une incroyable gentillesse . L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé . Un beau balcon au 4iem et dernier étage permet d'avoir un bel aperçu mer et sa pinède .

Belle découverte de la région dans un très beau cadre.
Excellente prestation. Accueil très sympathique, délicat et généreux. Très bel appartement propre et clair. Très bien placé : à 4 minutes à pied d'une belle crique entourée de pins. Il n'y a rien à dire. En plus, des magasins tout en bas de résidence! Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.
