✴Security Cameras with facial recognition at points of entry on the house.
✴Local ordinances have banned all venues/parties at short term rentals. If local law enforcement officers are required the guests are responsible for any and all fines.

✴ ✴✴ HOUSE RULES ✴✴✴
✴The Golden Rule. Please treat the house as your own and respect both the property itself as well as the neighborhood. This is actually our second home and we split our time between Scottsdale and our home in LA, so it's very important to us to have clean and respectful tenants in the property when we do rent it.
✴NO PARTIES. NO BACHELORETTE PARTIES/GROUPS. NO EVENTS. NO WEDDINGS. NO PRE-WEDDING ANYTHING. NO LARGE GATHERINGS. NO UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE ON THE PREMISES.
✴Let us reiterate - No Parties. Be advised that there are cameras, noise, and number of guest detection devices installed at the property. Parties will result in eviction or withholding of security deposit at owner’s discretion.
✴You must disclose the amount of people that are staying at the house. If the number of guests exceeds the number disclosed to homeowner you will be subject to eviction or withholding of your security deposit at owner’s discretion. There are cameras, noise, and number of guest detection devices installed at the property.
✴No Smoking. Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. Indoor smoke detection devices are installed at the property. Smoking of any kind will result in eviction or withholding of your security deposit at owner’s discretion. Smoke detection devices are installed through the property.
✴Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00PM-8:00AM. Please be sure to shut all windows and the back sliding door between these hours to avoid noise complaints from our neighbors.
✴Please do not have anything shipped or mailed to the house, unless you have received express permission from us.
✴Please do not have guests sleep on the sofas. If the number of guests exceeds the number disclosed to homeowner you will be subject to eviction or withholding of your security deposit. No Parties!
✴Please do not sit directly on any of the furniture with spray tans or any kind of oil.
✴Please be aware that the bamboo flooring and butcher block countertops absorb everything especially oils (think tanning oils, etc.), wine, or sticky cocktail drinks, etc. In addition, the countertops are particularly susceptible to heat. Please be careful. Please place a potholder when placing a hot item on the countertop. EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE and/or DAMAGE FEES may be charged and/or security deposit may be withheld.
✴Please do not have guests hang out in the front yard at all. The plant life and systems to maintain the plant life are very sensitive and delicate. Have everyone inside or in the backyard.
✴Any damages or stolen items will be deducted from the security deposit.
✴There is no child safety pool gate. We worry this could be a danger to toddlers and young children. Please contact host to discuss further.
✴NO GLASS ANYWHERE NEAR THE POOL.
✴Please do not decorate the property. Do not tape anything to the walls or ceiling and absolutely NO GLITTER is allowed in the house.
✴Pool and Landscape Maintenance. The techs enter backyard through the back gate with a code and are usually done by 10 a.m. Usually, this occurs every other Wednesday, but may be variable at times.
✴Pest Control. The tech sprays the front of the home and enters the backyard through the back gate with a code and is usually done by 10 a.m. Usually, this occurs one Tuesday morning per month, but may be variable at times.
✴Falsified Reservations. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
✴Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6.
✴✴✴HEATED POOL✴✴✴
We are happy to heat the swimming pool up to 82 degrees for an ADDITIONAL FEE of $50/night. This feature can be added up to the day of arrival as it takes approx 10+ hours to heat the pool. Pool must stay heated for duration of stay. Keep in mind that while 82 degrees is very comfortable for swimming, it is not equivalent to hot tub/spa temps of ~99-102. Also please be aware that while the backyard is private and completely secure and fenced in, there is NOT a safety pool fence around the pool. Please use extreme caution and general pool safety when enjoying the backyard.
