About this property

Shoreline Paradise: Wake Up on the Water

Welcome to our one-of-a-kind waterfront home located in Alameda's West End. Our home is one of the last remaining "arks" in Alameda - a houseboat that rests on pilings rather than directly on the water One hundred years ago, it was part of a complex of salt water bathing pools known as Sunny Cove Baths. A wall of glass windows frame spectacular views and lead to a deck offering waterfront access. Best of all, we're just a 5 minute walk from a plethora of stores and restaurants.

Loved it
The whole family adored the place with those great views on the water. Lots of room inside for our family of 6. We enjoyed being so close to the shops and restaurants on Webster St. This home is top of our list for a future visit to the Bay area.

Quiet get-away with easy access to San Francisco
In a quiet neighborhood, the house is meticulously maintained with lots of living, sleeping, and gaming space. The very large patio overlooks the bay - a perfect spot to bring your sketchbook. There are paved walking paths nearby in a beautiful setting. The town of Alamedis charming, and getting to San Francisco by ferry or car was very easy. Our group ranged from age 11-69. This was a wonderful vacation for all!
