Our family has been vacationing in Bethany Beach Area for many years. We fell in love with the Bethany Bay community and purchased this home in 2019. We are originally from Northern NJ and would come to Bethany often and would love to share our home with you when we can't be there. We now live full time in Northern Delaware so that we can be closer to the beach. We believe you will love this home and community as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We immediately were taken in by the beautiful views of Whites Creek and water. The condo is spacious enough to easily accommodate 6 and in our opinion the perfect balance of private community and near everything else including our favorite beach, Bethany Beach.
Bethany Beach offers a quiet, family feel, beautiful and clean sandy beach areas with a small boardwalk and town center with many great restaurant and shopping offerings.

What makes this property unique
Private, quiet, friendly community with many amenities such as golf, tennis, seasonal private swimming pool, water access for kayaking, hiking and much more. All this within 5 miles of the beach and very close to many great restaurants and shopping.
