Appartement limite vétuste
- Points positifs: Super emplacement à 30 secondes de la mer / 15 mns à pied du centre ville Parking en intérieur Piscine Bonne literie - Points négatifs Traces de rouilles sur les radiateurs Traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain et cuisine Freezer défectueux Portes abîmées et poignées défectueuses Rideaux noirs de sales et coffre de volets également …. La liste est longue, limite vétuste… on ne comprend pas comment il peut être encore en location. Heureusement l’emplacement est top, ça a rattrapé les points négatifs.

Pas mal résidence agréable piscine bien proximité de la mer sympa vue moyenne de cet appartement rien de mensonger appartement fonctionnel literie ok
