Any Lake Tahoe vacation is an unforgettable experience, as you're surrounded by sparkling blue waters and snowy white mountains. Sunny summer days bring activities ranging from boating to water skiing to scenic hikes and mountain bike rides. Come winter, you'll be perfectly positioned three-quarters of a mile from the Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges at Heavenly, providing you with easy access to the resort's 97 runs and 30 lifts.

Nice place to stay on the NV side of Heavenly
Quick notes: - Walking around property behind the complex had great views of Lake Tahoe. - Very clean - Couches were comfy. - Gas fireplace was easy to use and warmed the place up rapidly. - Toiletries and towels were aplenty. - The master bathroom is a tub w/ sprayer so we all ended up using the main bathroom to shower. - Water pressure in the shower was great. - Unit is on the lower floor, one level down from when you walk in. - The memory foam mattresses are indeed firm as noted by other reviewers. I didn't mind but others on the trip did. - The pool / hot tub are shared amongst many communities and is a drive up the road in cold weather (walk-able in nice weather) to a different complex. - No dishwasher. - If you are there to hit the slopes make sure you check the Boulder and Stagecoach lodge after open prior to stay. When we went, they were closed so we ended up driving to the California side everyday.

So so, not as expected...
Finding the place and the condo was a real challenge. The apartment is OK, the view is wonderful but: Mattress not comfortable Tub hard to get in Porch very small and on the back side Kitchen and sitting room well equipped!

Nice renovatate Condo with view of the lake
The place was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped, even had the basic like cooking oil and a large variety of spices and herbs. We had an issue with the electronic door lock but, we called the number furnished with the reservation and someone was on the line immediately and quickly resolved the issue. Nice place on the lawn to watch the sunset over the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Wish I’d had more information before renting
The apartment was nicely appointed but I was surprised at some of the things I hadn’t been aware of before I rented it. The living room windows look out on an interior hallway (not directly on the outdoors) and the view from the balcony in the bedroom looks out on a parking lot. While it’s a fine place to hang your hat while doing outside activities, it’s not a space where I’d choose to spend a great deal of time.

Beautiful Sunsets
The owner has thought of everything! So many extras, from the kitchen to the games, the bath salts and foot massager! Walk up the hill behind the condo, for incredible sunset views over the lake! Did not love the memory foam mattress, but that’s just us! Our WiFi also went out, but the rental company was quick to communicate with us and try to resolve the issue. Funky, cozy, great location and overall, we had an awesome stay.

Nicely decorated and updated.
Pros: Very clean, updated and nicely furnished, excellent variety of cooking and baking utensils, dog friendly with a small dog crate in bedroom if needed. Quiet location. Parking is better on upper lot. Cons: Needs more detail in the description of amenities. ie: 1) no dishwasher; need one these days to help eliminate germs. 2) no drip coffeemaker only French Press; drank French Press for two years but prefer drip. 3) view is obstructed by outer hallway and there is little privacy if you open blinds. 4) No new sponges for washing dishes.
