About this property

Partial rental of MAS NATURA for 10-15 people with air conditioning private pool

The MAS NATURA estate, on the edge of a charming Catalan village, surrounded by nature, is ecological, tourist and educational. It consists of a large building of around 350 m2 on 3 levels in an old farmhouse with 2 hectares of wooded and fenced land and above all a magnificent panoramic view of the high mountains which extend to the Mediterranean Sea at the horizon (20km) at the gates of Spain (15 km) and Perpignan. In addition to all the accommodation part which is located at the back of the MAS NATURA (owner's house at the front), you can enjoy the large 5 x 10 m swimming pool with salts (without chemical chlorine but not heated) which will then be fully reserved and available only between April and October approximately (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for robot cleaning between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.), completely fenced and secure for children (prohibited to pets, however).

In addition, in an ecological and energy saving concern, we have also installed rainwater collectors and solar-powered photovoltaic panels, ambient air thermodynamic water heaters and reversible air conditioning, ultimately more economical than the natural gas, as well as many outdoor games (table tennis, trampoline, badminton, etc.) and a large garden with trees, two parking spaces for ten cars (electric gate) and several terraces on the garden level and on the ground floor. floor with the room intended for groups.

2 LODGING + ROOMS on 3 LEVELS for 10 to 15 PEOPLE maximum :

- THE NEST : 1st terraced house on the garden level at the back (T3 of 67 m2 for 4 to 6 adults in 2 double beds or 4 single beds + 1 double sofa bed and a cot if necessary at an additional cost) with its private entrance via a balcony with lovely view of the sea and the valley and its high mountains, a living room with a large convertible corner sofa and a new and equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower room and a WC independent, access from 2 bedrooms a large private and sheltered terrace at the back with plancha-barbecue, table and garden furniture, deckchairs, quiet and close to the swimming pool.

- THE TOWER : 2nd apartment on the 1st floor in the middle of the Mas (one-bedroom apartment of 61 m2 for 2 to 4 adults in 1 double bed + 2 sofa beds in the living room and 1 extra cot) with a small balcony overlooking a large dining room air-conditioned dining-living room of 30 m2, a bedroom also air-conditioned with large closet and an adjoining bathroom (shower + suspended WC), a new and equipped kitchen and outside a shaded terrace with an outdoor dining table and plancha-barbecue and the swimming pool next door. A roof terrace accessible by a secure ladder via the balcony with an exceptional panoramic view with table, garden furniture, solar parasol or solarium.

- THE ROOM or 3rd accommodation on the ground floor at the back (T2 of 55 m2 for 4 adults in 1 foldaway double bed and 1 BZ sofa + 1 folding bed for children up to 12 years old), a dining-living room 40 m2 with small "American" kitchen equipped with a bar, a shower room with WC, 1 bedroom or games room and sports according to need and desire, outdoor games (tennis table, trampoline, badminton ...) and a long shaded terrace with plancha-barbecue, table and garden furniture with a magnificent view to the sea on the horizon.

We can therefore rent the lodgings together or separately because the spaces and entrances are completely independent, in particular from our own house which is located at the front of the Mas. We will then be able to help you better if necessary, manage the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool and in particular the 2 hectares, watering the garden, etc. Since the Covid, the entire domain cannot be rented in full for the moment.

Reminder of the RULES before any reservation and arrival :
Even if you will benefit from a suitable room on the ground floor, it is not isolated like that of nightclubs or party rooms, and especially in a concern of respect for nature, animals and the neighborhood. and overwatered evenings are strictly prohibited, especially with sound system and speakers.

In addition, we must know the number of guests on site and it is also forbidden to sleep more than 14 adults (4 + 6 + 4 in 3 separate spaces), except children or babies (depending on age and then plan the rental. umbrella beds up to 2-3 years old or folding bed up to 12-14 years old). The maintenance of the lodgings, terraces, swimming pool, bath and games remain under the exclusive responsibility and availability of the guests declared according to the sanitary measures then in force or not.

Similarly, nocturnal nuisances outside are tolerated until 10 p.m. maximum, the smoking area is provided only outside and only in the ashtrays. Plancha barbecues must be monitored and cleaned regularly. Fire risk zone like everywhere in the South of France, thank you for your understanding.

Each gîte having its private part and entrance, its private garden and terrace, they can therefore be shared or separated according to your needs, with the swimming pool, the equipment and gym, games + WIFI which are free.

Just provide on site, when you arrive, the deposit of € 1,500 and the tourist tax (depending on the number of adults and length of stay: around 2%) + cleaning and maintenance costs of € 150 which are mandatory for the 3 interior and exterior spaces.

A supplement also applies for young children and pets: 10 € / stay (2 max on the ground floor).

Non-compulsory supplements (on prior reservation before arrival): rental of bed linen and towels (provide pool and beach towels), additional children's folding beds and childcare equipment, shuttles, massage, horse riding lessons and other outdoor activities ...

Finally, be aware that for reservations by the week or more it is possible to modulate your time and day of arrival and departure on simple request 24 hours before (for example arrival rather on Sunday or leaving on Friday...). On the other hand, the prices are fixed and neither no-shows nor cancellations will be reimbursed (except general confinement and other cases of force majeure with proof). Un lieu très sympa mais une procédure d’accueil un peu rigide
Le lieu est très bien aménagé et équipé, très calme, la vue magnifique et les environs riches en excursions. Les propriétaires ont la volonté d’accueillir les locataires et sont charmants, mais il serait beaucoup simple que le prix comprenne tout et que les conditions soient plus clairement affichées avant qu’on verrouille la réservation non annulable. Sur un WE l’arrivée à 17:00 et le départ à 11:00 sont pénalisants, et la caution en partie en liquide pas facile. Tout ça, comparé à d’autres formules de location constitue des motifs d’agacement et de frictions qui gâchent le plaisir et qui seraient facilement évitables avec un peu plus de souplesse.
