Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get the perfect view from a beautiful wrap around balcony. And it's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.

The living area's nice and big. And, it’s got a great look that says “I’m at the beach.” And there’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.

There’s a 50" large Flat Screen. And there is a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping.

Both your dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.

Not like the pictures at all!
From the pictures to what we got are 2 totally different things. First off, when we first got there the property manager sent me the check in code and assigned parking spot, the parking spot they sent was definitely the wrong one the one they sent doesnt even exist.Then we enter the condo and its not what it pictured at all! Nasty carpet, carpet tacks were showing i cut my foot, the the one patio door took 2 to 3 people to open had to move the one couch away from the other patio door and there was popsicle sticks behind there and a hair clip, the fridge did not keep anything cold, the one bathroom shower faucet would drop to hot when its on had to find a certain spot for it to sit right.. not enough tp for the price you pay for the week that should be supplied. I call the maintenance about all the problems got vm left a vm got no call back called again got vm finally i text the number asking if there was anyone to talk to the response was there was no applicance people that work weekends to look at the fridge had to wait til monday.. monday comes maintenance guy called me said someone would be out between 11 and 1 to look at fridge and they would call me on there way.. needless to say i never got a call..i then sent the list of other problems to maintenance and nothing was ever done that we could see besides they sprayed the one patio door which didnt work. I wouldnt recommend staying in this unit i would stay at a different condo with a different property management.

Family Beach Trips
Great location!!!! Very central to everything in Panama City. Right on the beach: beach chair rental, jet ski rental, banana boat, and parasailing. Very family oriented vacation spot. Nice tiki bar on your way out to the beach. Some of the rooms need an update. Ours had carpet in main living areas. Felt kinda gross. Beds we’re comfortable. They did supply plenty of bathroom towels and sheets, but no extra blankets. A/C worked great. The only things we did NOT care for was the parking. Nice covered parking deck, but the spots for parking are SUPER small !!! We had a mid size suv and it felt like it was sooo close to the other vehicles. And PSA please, please be careful and drive slow around the corners of parking deck. It is hella tight.
