Sleeps 8, featuring a spacious open floor plan with floor to ceiling fireplace. Great room has mountain views towards Grafton Notch. For skiers & boarders it's just a quick 20 minute Drive to Sunday River. For snowmobilers State trail ITS 82 is just 100 yards down the road. Hikers will enjoy numerous trails within a short drive on route 26 or have fun exploring the stream that runs along the property.

This house offers a great "home base" away from home for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, exploring the nearby rivers and streams as well as the activities offered at Sunday River.
