Five O'Clock Somewhere is located on the ground floor at Seamist Condominiums in Port Aransas. This one of a kind "Parrot Head" condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Recently updated, new pics coming soon. Seamist Condos are in a great location for a nice walk to the beach and still close to downtown Port Aransas. They are nestled in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town, a nearby private wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the beach. If you are looking for a great value Condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Port Aransas then look no further.1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

This was a cute condo. Layout is actually really nice. Has a nice pool, can walk 3 minutes to the beach. Towels were nice, not those cheap ones you sometimes get. The Internet was spotty but we knew that in advance due to the proximity of the ocean and after all, we're not there to be on the internet. We're there to enjoy the ocean and we were there for the sand sculptures. We did go to a community theater which was a really good production of steel Magnolias. I would definitely rent this place again. It was perfect for just my parents and myself.

Kitchen drawer was broken, door locks didn’t feel sturdy, bathroom tile was moldy, trash was still in the can upon arrival. Boardwalk has stairs so beware if you plan on using it with lots of stuff. Hosts did come help unlock bathroom door after my daughter locked herself in. AC was cold in bedroom but didn’t get as cold in the living room area. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, older property. Also the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in some time.
