Good, but could be GREAT
Loved this condo, it was just really dirty. If you walk around with bare feet, the bottoms of your feet are black. There was so much sand in the bath rugs and living room rugs, we tried avoiding stepping on them. If it was clean it would be amazing.

The access to beach was perfect. Loved staying on 1st floor. Unit needs some updating but overall we were satisfied with our stay.
