Charming house with 5 double bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people,
'1866 en Somme' is an adorable house with its south-facing garden, located in a small quiet street in Saint Valery sur Somme, close to the port and shops.
This house is very comfortable, its interior design has been thought out to the smallest detail, the decoration is neat and the regular and attentive maintenance .... our customers are welcomed with the greatest attention.
On the ground floor:
Large living room with two comfortable lounges, including on one side tv, dvd, and on the other side around the stove
Fully equipped kitchen (gas oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle and large cookware for a rental of 10 people) open to the dining room by a small bar.
Dining room overlooking the garden with direct access, with large terrace and garden furniture
Laundry room, separate wc.
Large flower garden located due south and fenced with barbecue, table chairs, deckchairs.
On the 1st floor:
2 double bedrooms with double bed, 1 double bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom, wc and 1 shower room, wc
2nd floor: overlooking the harbor
1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 double bedroom with two beds, 1 shower room, wc
Pets are only accepted on the ground floor, respecting the premises and the garden.
Possibility to buy parking stickers at preferential rates, for the week directly at the parking terminal near the house.
Rental rates 2020, varying according to the number of people (adults and children):
4 to 6 people (1st floor only) week end 485 € - 3 nights long weekend 655 € - week 970 €
7 to 8 people (1st floor and a room on the 2nd): week end 565 € - Long weekend 3 nights 760 € - week 1130 €
7 to 10 people: week end 645 € - Long week end of 3 nights 870 € - week 1310 €
+ Mandatory package of € 150: for end of stay cleaning and household linen for all tenants: beds made for your arrival with duvet covers, bath sheets and hand towels, kitchen towels.
2-step payment:
.25% on booking
Balance to be paid 7 days before your arrival + deposit of 500 €, which will be returned to you 7 days after your departure, if no damage is found.

Everything went well, we were well received and everything was up to expectations.
Small flat, the parking spaces are chargeable everywhere but this is not attributable to the owner. The area is pretty and we recommend going out on a zodiac to see the seals!

Very beautiful and spacious historic house in a quiet area of Saint-Valery sur Somme.
The equipment of the house is at the top - nothing is lacking: sufficient dishes and utensils, everything to eat seafood ... first time in a rental where we did not miss anything.
Corinne, who takes care of arrivals and departures, is very kind.

Lots of space, materials, storage and careful decoration. We really enjoyed this house. Perhaps some small repairs would have to be made (stair railing to consolidate). Only downside: complicated access to the street due to work. Thank you to the manager for her welcome.

And what about the house, charming and bright, with a beautiful garden and a neat decoration, pleasant living spaces for all our family and very comfortable bedding .., our stay was perfect, we liked the house and the village from Saint Valery, we will return to this house and we will continue to discover the multiple activities around the Somme bay, which in all seasons is pleasant.

The welcome on arrival made by Corinne is perfect. The house is ideally located close to the port, in a small quiet street. Beautiful and large garden .... and the house is super comfortable, with the added bonus of a very beautiful decoration, which is rare of this quality in a gîte. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect friendly living room.

For our family weekend (8 adults and 3 small children), we all enjoyed this magnificent home during our too short stay. The comfort, the equipment, the space, the decoration and all these magnificent paintings that adorn the walls delighted us. We were lucky to be able to enjoy the peacefulness of the garden, which was also very pleasant. You quickly feel "at home" and no need for a car thanks to its location near the port and the city center.
Corinne's welcome is very enthusiastic.

Here is a house located not far from the commercial and tourist center of Saint Valery but in a quiet and typical street. Its spacious garden with barbecue allowed us to enjoy the sun during meals. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms are spacious, complete and comfortable. The kitchen and the dining room are equipped with all the necessary equipment to accommodate the 10 people we were. The reception was friendly as well as the departure. Don't hesitate to buy the parking sticker for a week.

Weekend with friends in the Somme Bay where even if the sun was not there we took advantage of the region and the house. Very warm welcome from Corinne. The house is bright, spacious, warm, well equipped and well appointed; we feel good there. The rooms are nice and the 3 bathrooms are very nice when there are many of you. The little train to go to Crotoy for example is very close: very nice to do. In short, very good weekend close to Paris. We will come back

1866 in Somme is a house tastefully decorated and very comfortable to live in. Several living spaces, a very functional and pleasant kitchen which overlooks the bright dining room overlooking the garden which could accommodate our whole family of 10 people, and both the bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the beautiful garden which is located due south and have lunch outside in peace.
We took full advantage of our stay and well rested, the house being located in a small quiet street but close to the port, which allowed us to make beautiful walks along the Bay and to visit the village of St Valery on foot, as well as discover the charming Sunday market. This rental is perfect, both for its comfort and charm as for its location. Recommended without hesitation!

Our stay in St Valery was lovely. The town was quiet over the Christmas holidays, but all the local amenities were available and the town was very elegantly decorated for Christmas. Dominique’s property was all that we could have hoped for, clean and cozy and very well equipped.

A great place to stay within walking distance of all attractions in Saint -Valery s / s. Lovely garden to relax in. Parking cost € 40 for the week, and not always possible to park outside of the house. The house was spacious and the decor was very tastefully done.

Wir (3 Paare um die 60) haben uns in dem großzügigen Haus von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend - auch beim abendlichen Kochen ist wirklich alles vorhanden, selbst wenn das Essen etwas aufwendiger ausfällt. Gute Betten, schöne Lage, ein super Garten, insgesamt eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre.
... dazu ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter.

A large and airy town house with all the comforts of home, this property offered everything we needed for our party of 7 to enjoy a relaxing week in this beautiful town.
