it consists of a sleeping area with a double king size bed, a sitting area and a kitchenette.
The whole is very bright with three windows overlooking either side of this large room, two of which are oriented towards the garden.
A pretty bathroom with walk-in shower and separate sanitary facilities complete this 29 m² studio.
future tenants will benefit from the 4000 m² tree-lined garden with relaxation area (hammock, sunbathing, etc.), barbecue and garden furniture. A garage is available to store bikes, motorbikes or other.
This studio can accommodate a couple with the possibility of an extra extra bed.
