Beautifully renovated home in the heart of Clear lake

Under The Lilac Tree is a short walk to the city beach and park, Surf Ballroom, restaurants, shopping and all the great amenities Clear Lake to offer! There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away.

The interior and exterior of this 100 year old house was fully renovated in recent years. It is tastefully decorated with equipped with everything you need to either relax and enjoy the views or get out and explore the lake and surrounding areas.

Family Lake House Get Away
Under the Lilac is a great get away lake house location. The property is ideally located in order to access all Clear Lake has to offer. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at Under the Lilac.

Summer at the lake
This was our fourth summer vacation at Under the Lilac Tree. Beautiful, renovated home with the perfect Clear Lake location. Great neighborhood - walkable to all things "Clear Lake". We plan to return in 2024.
